Cooking instructions:

Cook all products after chilled. If frozen, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking, remove all packaging. Preheat the oven to 180C and preheat frying pan. Heat 5ml of vegetable oil in a pan, add meat and approximately 400g of sliced root vegetables. Cook until meat is brown on all sides. 

After cooking: Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. Remove from stock to serve. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
